Tianfu Mercantile Exchange (the “Exchange”)
Members and dealers :
It is decided by TME that starting from 15 September 2015, trading can be conducted on egg products, with details as follows:
I. Commodity for Listing
Commodity Name: Egg products
Commodity Code : JD
Standard:
a) Visual requirements: no more than 5% of the sampled eggs should contain shell incompleteness or defectiveness, visible clear streams going out, or crack length over 2 cm, or unclean area exceeding 1/8 of the total.
b) weight level: more than 80% of delivered eggs should be the same weight level.
c) Haff value: greater than or equal to 60
d) Specs: Brown eggs (53-68g/piece), White eggs (53-68g/piece)
Specific parameters of egg product can be referred to Parameter Table of Presale Egg Contract. TME is entitled to adjust egg parameters according to the market situation, and make a public announcement.
